Samantha OrtaSamantha Orta: UPDATE(1/29/21) I got the rest of it! They sent it to me they said on the 18th, but they said it could take 2 weeks since it’s very busy for their company, and I got it today. Very happy with their customer service and that they fixed the issue without any problems
UPDATE(1/18 /21) I contacted K’nex right after I wrote this first review on January 1st, they just got back to me and said their very busy right now but they will send out a replacement in 2-4 weeks! I will write another update when / if I receive it!
I’m SO upset and disappointed. So I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because I knew she’d love it. I just opened it and started building and my daughter says “mommy where eyes?” And I was like wow this doesn’t come with the eyes? So keep building with her and realize it’s missing half of everything! I posted a picture and everything i circled is missing! That’s HALF the set! I paid almost $50 for this that is unacceptable!!! I would have never noticed if my daughter didn’t ask where it was. She’s so upset she can’t make any of the little guys now because the feet are missing. All the eyes are missing we don’t even have one...
