JR: I bought this to replace a 10+ yr old Keurig that was slowly biting the dust. Although this machine works just fine the quality is nothing like my old, sturdy machine. There aren't as many features such a size choices. The reservoir needs to be refilled often, it only holds about 3 cups. Everything is plastic and flimsy and it was expensive. I bought the red color which is a nice dark burgundy red. I'm keeping this but somehow feel that this won't last anywhere near as long as my last model. I think it was overpriced.

Erikka0712: …even better customer service. I love this coffee maker but it unfortunately stopped working after nine months. One call to Keurig customer service and I have a free replacement on my doorstep 5 days later. My mornings are back to normal!

John MG: Purchased 11 months ago. Worked great. Going to reach out to the manuf. because the 8oz. button works when it wants to. I mostly drink 8 oz. cups. Maybe button has been overused. Had no problems until now. Great appearance, great coffee.

Ryan: Has been working fine for about a year now, matches the rest of the appliances in my kitchen, it definitely takes a bit longer to brew a cup compared to a standard Keurig, but not too significant.

Kendon Maxwell: Overall, I’m really happy with this. I’ve owned and used Keurig’s for years, so I knew basically what I was getting. We just really wanted the stronger brew option, and we’re doing all our appliances and various kitchen equipment in blue, so this was a win-win for us and we decided to upgrade our older model. Everything so far works and we love it. My only complaint is there’s some very minor scuff marks that make it look refurbished, not new. However shipping was super fast. I was given a 1 to 2 week estimate for shipping, and it got here in 3 days. A full 4 days sooner than the earliest estimate. So I’m way too happy to complain about some barely noticeable cosmetic damage. I will dock it a star to be fair. I recommend Keurigs to anyone that likes coffee but doesn’t want to make a full pot.

Tracy P: We bought this exact model May 2020 from Keurig. It died all of a sudden while preparing a coffee. We tried all suggestions to no avail to revive it. I expect a coffeemaker to last longer than 2 years yet, we bought the same machine again for $85. more + tax no-less. This model is easy to use and it’s not bad looking. The coffee taste is not always reliable but perhaps it’s the coffee supply. I’m curious as to whether appliances are programmed to function for a select time only but thats just me.
