This product caused my blood pressure to rise to dangerous levels. I have never had blood pressure issues until using this product. After discontinuing it , my blood pressure returned to normal levels in one week. I am a healthcare professional and would give a word of caution. these products work by increasing your metabolism-but that is accomplished by increasing your heart rate and blood pressure.

This product gave me migraines and an upset stomach. Do not reccomend. It took my body a week to regulate back to normal. Junk.
