Amanda: This item does not even deserve the one star they made me give it!
This product claims to work overnight with one pill. But the directions on the bottle are completely different. They tell you to use it up to three times a day, taking two pills at a time.
The product did NOT work at all. I did not lose one pound!
You also cannot return the item if it is opened. How do you know if it works unless you open it and use it????

Maria Francisco: Been taking it for a month now...going on my second. So far is been working. Is not just taking the pills but also limiting what you eat and exercising. It takes a bit to do their work but it works as long as you keep your diet. Also eat fiber because otherwise you'll get diarrhea. Happy with my results so far.
