Schön finde ich, dass die Regale nicht so plump wirken - eher etwas filigran. Aber trotzdem stabil und wertig sind.

KNKN: This shelf works out perfect for my needs. I wanted to get my shaving products out of the reach of kids.

I read other reviews about the shelf, not a staying up on the wall and not able to support much weight. If you were putting this on drywall, without a stud behind, you should consider using toggle bolts. The screws and drywall anchors they provide are not going to hold up. The left side of my shelves are in a stud. And instead of using the screws, they provide , I used a 2.5 inch screw. On the right side of the shelves, where it was just drywall, I used a 2 1/2 inch toggle bolt, with 1/8 inch toggle. I was able to find screws and toggle bolts that would fit flush in the mounting holes.

You also want to make sure you get the screws that hold the glass shelf in place tight enough. If you pull on the shelf and it slides out easy, you do not have it tight enough. The shelf will not say if that screw is tight and you have mounted it to the wall securely.

As noted in other reviews, the glass is pretty heavy for this size shelf. As long as it is mounted well, it should support most things you would want on a shelf that size. On one of my shelves, I have a marble...

TheJeepFamily: I was a little apprehensive when I saw the small package and all the parts necessary to put it together (and I'm very mechanically inclined). The directions were very clear and well written, and the assembly/installation was very easy.

As a hint, make absolutely sure you are using a level when marking holes for your screws. I installed on shelf at a 90 degree angle to our large bathroom mirror using my iphone level. Bad idea. My iphone level is very hard to read, and needless to say it was not correct. After finding my real level, I re-drilled the holes (old holes hidden by the bracket) and everything is fine now. It is very hard to level a glass shelf next to a mirror due to the optical illusions created - so don't do like I did - use a real level.

These are sturdy and well made. They look classy in my bathroom and hold quite a bit. No more clutter around the sink!!!

A. GoldA. Gold: I was a little nervous to embark on this installation after reading some of the reviews. I am a new first time homeowner and very recently learned how to use a drill. To say I am inexperienced with handiwork around the house is an understatement. However, I found the picture instructions to be quite clear. If you have ever installed anything with a drill before, it is very straightforward. The instructions don't tell you what size drill bit to use and I had looked through the photos here and someone had recommended 11/64. It worked for me, too, so I would recommend that.

I was installing this by myself because I did not want to wait for my fiance to get back in town to assist. There are some important things to note when installing these shelves -

1. Take your time with Step 2 (screwing the wall mount and glass holder onto the bar). Make sure everything is even and straight.
2. Leveling (Step 3) is so important. When installing the first one, I leveled to the bar only to find out the bar was uneven and my glass was totally off kilter. Dag! Luckily I had other screws/anchors I had purchased from HD a little bit ago because I totally wasted an anchor here. With one...
