A Garthwaite: The finish of the steel was exactly as described and very robust. The rail comes in two pieces but the join is invisible when put together. The fittings are also good. I fitted it to a wood section of a kitchen island and used my own shorter screws but had I needed to fit on a masonry wall, I would not have anticipated any problem as screws and plugs were supplied plus instructions.

Gordon: Bought to replace old and discoloured fittings in the ensuite. Very light weight and a bit thin, but look really good so we'll see how the gold finish endures over time. Have since bought a second, shorter towel rail, this time for the cloakroom toilet.

McDeb: I purchased a towel rack back in May 2023 and did not open the box because I was waiting to paint my bathroom. When I finally opened the box a piece was missing. Way past the return date for Amazon so I contacted Kes and used the chat option and was able to replace the whole towel rack in a few days. They were so helpful and I was thrilled that it was an easy fix. Thank you Kes for great customer service.

Tony W.: It is well made, has a great finish, but only came with long screws for drywall installation. I had to find shorter wood screws to mount it on my cabinet. Also it did not come with a paper printed mounting template. I had to take the actual towel rack, place it on the surface to mark where it was to be mounted, then disassemble the two mounting bases, then eyeball the internal circular pieces to be centered within the outer chrome piece, mark and drill two holes for the screws for each base. It would be so much easier if they had provided a printed mounted template! All in all, it was a good purchase. I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could.
