Gloria Rogers: Bought this for our new home and it hasn’t lasted one year. Bought it during construction but have used it right at one year and it has stopped working. It is hard wired into the wall and an electrician will need to remove.

DiscoverytimDiscoverytim: This mirror demists, but only slightly and only fully after you have turned off the shower for some time.
Seems to only have a small heating pad, and most of the demisting comes from the electronics area on the far right.
It also only demists the edges if the light is turned on as you can see from my photos. With amd without lights on.
Lights themselves are great and adjustable after pressing amd holding and the look of it is great.
I bought it expressly for the demisting element as there are loads to choose from if you just want the let's.
Third photo is after 15 mins in the shower.
Maybe I got a dud.

Amazon Customer: We bought this mirror in July for our bathroom reno. We tested it when it arrived by wiring it to the supplied plug, but we were planning on hard wiring it in. We were both very pleased with the mirror. The mirror was very well packaged and arrived with no damage.
We tried to install it today, but once hard wired the mirror flashed continuously. My husband then wired it again to the plug provided and the mirror worked as intended. After much searching on the internet and calling an electrician co-worker, we determined the reason for the flashing was that we hard wired it into a dimmer switch. The mirror has a built in dimmer and ours was redundant and causing the mirror to overload in power. We just installed a regular on/off switch and the mirror works perfectly!! To dim, we'll press the dim button on the mirror. Very pleased. I hope this helps others with the flashing problem.
