Tom Has A Pibble: For bottled dressings, Kens always comes through. I used to live near their original restaurant, so I'm familiar with their offerings. Salads were always spectacular at Kens.
This and their creamy caesar are always in my refrigerator.
I can make better. But not MUCH better (I use 100% olive oil instead of soybean oil). And not instantly.
This also makes a good marinade for chicken or fish. Grill and serve with lemon.

Donbear 54: This doesn't taste like the traditional Greek dressing I have had in the past. But it's very good. You need to like vinegar. It's a little strong. When I make a large meal-size salad with some veggies cheese and sometimes meat it mellows out well and is very nice. If you have some good bread to sop up the drizzles in the bowl it's a hit I'm my house.
we also use the Kens Orignal Steak House golden Italian a lot.
