Regina: I bought these for my son who is in college. The box cereal was not convient because he is always on the go. With morning classes, this I'd a life saver. Just tear off the top and pour in the milk. No bowl necessary and it taste good too. They stay fresher then the box cereal. Would definitely recommend.

Stanislaw Kurpiel: Flavor is food and fresh but too big of portion its like for a horse also very sweet my mom tried 1 cup after what I couldn't finish and she too couldn't eat and said too sweet even to kill a horse. so I decided to donate to the homeless instead.

R. E.: My Go-To Cereal if I have low blood sugar. In less than a half-hour, brings my blood sugar level (which is supposed to be 100) from 50 to 178. Much faster and higher than Glucose tablets and candy bars. There is so much sugar and carbs (at 68 grams, 1 1/2 times doctor recommended daily level) it's no wonder why it works so fast. Tastes a little sugary through (28 grams).
