It didn’t lather. My puppies fur wasn’t soft . She did look clean after her bath. I did like that it’s all natural ingredients. I won’t buy again .

This over time will help my dogs tear stains and mouth stains. It smells amazing! It made my Havashon's (Havanese & Bichon) coat soft and fluffy. He doesn't mind the mixture around his eyes and face. Doesn't burn or irritate his eyes. I put it on his face stained areas first and allow it to sit while washing his body first. The true test for me is how his coat blow dried out without using a detangler spray. It was easy to brush his hair after using this shampoo. Now if we can get a blueberry cologne or body finishing spray that would be awesome!! Hint Hint!! LOL!

While it worked okay to clean the snoots, it wasn’t my favorite. The scent is so mild that it doesn’t cover the "wet dog" smell, it doesn’t really soften or whiten the facial hair, and was just pretty underwhelming. The normal product I use cleans so well, brightens/whitens, and leaves an incredible blueberry smell behind that lasts a while that makes kissing the snoots so much more enjoyable!
It works if you just need it for owner use, but as a groomer I need a much better product and this wasn’t it.
