Lesley Carmichael: It’s so hard to buy items online as quality can be hard to gauge. I had an earlier version of this that I wanted to replace so looked at lots of options.
I liked spiral binding for ease of page turning and even better is the spiral is covered so it doesn’t get trashed or snagged when carrying around.
PETER PAUPER PRESS products are the best.
