Albert L: The SP200 works with the USB cable and Bluetooth on my laptop. But the CSR USB dongle does not work. My USB driver for Windows 10 and 11 are both updated to the latest. But when I plugged in the CSR dongle into my USB outlet, there is a driver error reported in control panel under hardware and sound.
For USB cable and Bluetooth, if you set your Zoom setting correctly, both the microphone and speaker works well. Sound is natural. Very good for conferencing.
After I made a complain, the manufacturer updated the description that you use the CSR USB dongle only if you do not have Bluetooth on your computer.

Loran: Using this as a boardroom microphone only, so can't comment on the speaker, but as a mic it is fantastic. Picks up boardroom of 8 with no issues. Setup could be a bit easier.

theking: I just received this unit and started using it right away to enhance my work from home set up.

Appearance:
Out of the box, it looks nice and appears to be well built. When muted (more on this below), there is a red ring illuminated around the speaker. When your microphone is active, there is a green ring around the speaker. Button lights for bluetooth connectivity and power were also well illuminated.

Connectivity:
Connected immediately to my phone via bluetooth, but I had some trouble connecting via bluetooth to my computer. That said, I am using log in software on my work computer, so that might have had something to do that. I then connected the unit to my computer directly via USB and it worked. The speaker is able to field "calls" from the computer and your phone at the same time when your phone is connected.

Issues:
I had the unit on all day so I could use it whenever I needed to (i.e. impromptu meetings or a call on my cell phone to be answered via the speaker) and I noticed right away that when not actively on a call, the microphone would not stay muted. I would mute the microphone and it would revert to unmuted on its own within 10 seconds or...

Bruno: It is good but I would go for another one next time.
Cons:
- whenever connected via USB there is a background noise (comparable to 60hz noises in old audio setps). It's anoing, making USB conncetion via PC USB a no go for me.
- connected via Bluetooth I sometimes have no sound from it. I need to disconnect and connect again. Once propertly connected Bluetooth is the way to go.
- It could not connect to my Android Moto G via Bluetooth. It works fine with iPhone.
- I would prefer psychical push buttons instead of those touch ones. But having some control is better than none.
Pros:
- audio quality is good (for voice calls, it's not intended to be a sound speaker for music listening!).
- microfone audio capture is good. Other people enjoy call quality even when I'm speaking a few inches away from device.
- compact design. It fits within my monitor stand, saving space on my small remote work setup at home
Bottom line: I would go for a better one next time. It improved my work from home confort hugely, as I need to stay connected to Conferences (via Ms teams and other apps) for hours every working day. It is great not having earbuds on your ears for hours!...

H&MH&M: I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it was smaller than I anticipated. I guess I could have read the description a little closer and would have known the size, but where is the fun in that? I travel to different customer sites for work, so it is actually a great size to put in my daily bag - although I may want to find a small case for this so it doesn't get beat up in my bag.

Super convenient for webinars or conference calls where the speaker and microphone on the laptop just don't cut it. Connects to the computer or phone via Bluetooth, but typically use USB for the computer. Not because of the device, but because I just find Bluetooth on any computer to be touchy - just remember to press the 'Connect' button to turn off Bluetooth or the computer won't recognize it. Didn't even need drivers on Windows 10. Just showed up and took over as speaker and microphone.

It's not designed to be hi-fi, but worked well with audio and VoIP apps on my iPhone XS Max - even some background music to add some noise to a quiet office. Same audio quality over USB on my laptop.
