DMiller: It was wonderful to get to know Kayleigh a little more through this book. The ups and downs but always seeking God's wisdom. God has brought you far Kayleigh and He's not done with you yet. Not by a long shot.

R. C. J.R. C. J.: After Reading the 5star Amazon reviews.
Decided to purchase this as a gift and it has exceeded all expectations I have learned things about Kayleigh, that have enlightened me surprised me and educated me.
Shame on anybody that tries to knock her down a peg or two based on who she has worked for.
Her educational resume and background and her Christian integrity move her to the top of my list as an author and a wonderful human being.
Hoping besides commenting on politics that someday she enters the arena as she seems to have a public servant heart at the very core of her being.

Amazon Customer: This was a fantastic book, very well written, very engaging, and it was hard to put the book down. It was great to read some of the (real) behind-the-scenes action from the Trump presidency.

Jessica Moore: More a memoir than a historical chronicle, Kayleigh's book offers us an inside glimpse into the last year of the President Trump administration. Told from the perspective of someone on the inside, we get to ride along with Kayleigh as the proverbial fly-on-the-wall through some of the biggest news stories of 2020.
From the first pages of the book, Kayleigh informs us that her hunger for facts and statistics are what propelled her through her career as first, a student at the top of her class, then a law student at Harvard University, eventually moving her career onward to becoming a correspondent on Fox News and CNN, before landing her roles in the RNC, Trump campaign, and eventually, the White House. It was this same attention to detail that birthed the large binder seen at her many press conferences from which she quickly and precisely rebutted questions and comments from members of the press.
Throughout the book, Kayleigh is clear on her convictions of faith. Bible references and stories are woven throughout. She credits her faith with every moment of her success, from her start in school, to landing the position as the Press Secretary at a most turbulent time in...

jewel: I really admired Kayleigh in her role as Press Secretary because of her courage and passion for truth and accountability. She faced the enemy of the people with truth and grace. This book gives a behind the scenes insight and a human perspective as well. Kayleigh’s faith, determination, and preparedness of a professional made her perfect for her job. I really liked her positivity and the way she held the press accountable, and boy did it show! Her courage and faith helped her to serve Americans despite the threats to her and her family and in a very difficult political climate. Kayleigh is a true role model and inspiration for young women everywhere; a true example of women empowerment.

christopher green: This is a very detailed chapter 1 review that offers recommendation in deciding to buy and read the book. This is not an example of jumping to conclusions. In books, the first chapter often sets the stage for the entire book.
Positives & Strengths of the Chapter
This chapter opens up with one of Martin Luther King’s greatest quotes “We must learn to live together as brothers or we will perish together as fools”. I will return to her use of that quote later. Mrs. McEnany engages in a very personal and deeply revealing emotional appeal regarding how she felt and how she had to handle one of the tragic events of our generation: The Killing of George Floyd, and the riots that occurred afterward. She potently talks about how she and her family had received threats, and detailed how she and her family had to address them. It really gave me a huge sense of what a press secretary goes through in the job. I knew being press secretary was likely an emotionally difficult and taxing job. But, Mrs. McEnany details this intimately.
You will be able to have an understanding for her anxiety and fear that she writes about on that. This surge of empathy that Mrs. McEnany...
