Ronald Gray: Color matching is a little tricky. Keep a cloth in hand to sort of smear the color. That helps blend it in. It did a pretty good job though overall.

DavidDavid: A friend's kiddo destroyed this piece. I thought I was going to have to sand and refinish the top but these worked SO well. Definitely start with the lightest marker. I used a lighter one than expecting. Wax sticks don't really work, but markers work great.

autumnleavesautumnleaves: This table and chair set were originally a light butcher block color. I painted it black, then distressed it with sand paper, but the distress marks were lighter than I wanted them. I used the cherry color wood marker over the sanded areas and am mostly pleased with the results. There are a few spots where I think I may do a bit more sanding to smooth the scratches and then apply more of the cherry color. I found the wax markers difficult to use, but really liked the felt tip markers.

R2P2: The markers and wax sticks were generally good though the darkest marker never worked. I would be tempted to purchase again but only if I cannot find an alternative.
