3 years ago our Caloric (different company) gas oven (circa 1950) failed and almost gassed us to death! We tried to find a safe gas replacement for this unit to no avail. We have a small gally kitchen which is original to the house. Without gutting the kitchen to bring in a new large modern oven there was no option except to look else ware. I studied what was available and found the Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven Grill Combo. This small frame electric oven fits safely within the frame of our old 1950's Caloric and for the past 3 years it has cooked more meals than our old oven did in the same timeframe. Because it bakes and air-fry's it is much more useful. Surprisingly, EBO, is able to cook an entire 10lb turkey which is more than enough for empty nesters such as ourselves.

So, if you have limited space and wish a great small electric oven/air fryer/rotisserie combo then EBO (Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven Grill Combo) will likely be great for you!

BBBB: Do not buy this if you want to bake or if u want to make this an all-around replacement for a conventional oven in your bachelor's suite. I had to buy an additional toaster oven (specifically a modernized, extra wide black & decker) to do that job. HOWEVER this airfryer is perfect for freezer snacks, and mostly appetizers like naan, french fries and baked poatoes. There is so much vertical room that you can actually season your hash potatos and bacon while theyre in this oven (skillyfully and warily, of course) and reheat your leftovers. However, the broiling function does not work as intended — the grill kind of work and it did work for my steak bites but the room got very smokey, so its not a smokeless grill. Then last but not least: this oven is very subpar at baking. This oven will not give you that brown, crispy, toasty coating on your casseroles or banana bread. So as long as you want to upgrade your dark, cold upright airfrier with one that's roomier and more efficient at AIRFRYING specifically, get it. But if you need something to bake baked goods with, broiling, smoking, I wouldn't suggest it.

JoeJoe: As a first time user, we found the instruction booklet and recipe book very easy to follow. This product comes with plenty of accessories with a variety of uses such as roasting, searing, grilling, dehydrating, and rotisserie.
We were very impressed with the size capacity as shown in the photos. We made chicken drumsticks using the air fryer setting. The chicken thighs were first seared (locking in the juices) and then used the air fryer setting to finish cooking. Both were crispy, juicy and tasty.
We cooked a variety of vegetables. The peppers were slightly charred and tasted like we barbequed over the grill, the cauliflower was perfectly roasted, the sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft throughout. We were pleasantly surprised that the roasted carrots did not shrink at all.
As for frozen foods, we tried a pizza and used the pizza setting that worked beautifully.
We would highly recommend this product for a healthier choice in cooking.

MM: I've had this unit for about 2 weeks now and love it. Always trying new recipes. Chicken Rotisserie works great. Takes 45 minutes to cook and chicken is not dry. The most difficult part of this recipe is putting the chicken on the skewer. :) Coconut Shrimp came out great and better than any restaurant. Wings took a little longer than the recipe called but was worth the extra time. Chicken fell off the bone and was great. Other favorite dishes are Eggplant Parmesan and my favorite go to vegetable - Pesto Carrots with Goat Cheese.

Unit is very easy to use. Plenty of presets to choose and help you get started. I do wish I could change the defaults for some settings to what I will be using most of the time. Not a deal breaker since it's so simple to adjust time and temp.

Cleaning the pans was easy by sink or by dishwasher. Cooking the rotisserie chicken, I thought it would be a mess inside, but it just took a simple wipe down.

I will be ordering another one for my elderly parents. They'll be able to use this simple to use oven and get great tasting dishes.

ATom: The first one arrived dented. Except for the repacking, the return was simple. The replacement was also dented. It wasn't as bad as the first one, but you can tell it was opened before and returned. We decided to keep it.

The trays don't easily slide in. I don't think the dents caused the inner cavity to compress. When using the grill, it does smoke a lot when you open the doors.

The unit is only 4" taller than our toaster oven. For a multi purpose device, the savings in counter space is great!

I like the "killer" grill marks from the grill and that you don't have to turn the meat to get the criss cross marks. I don't use the many settings. It's just grill or air fry buttons for me.

It's easy to clean the splatters just wipes off.
The thought of doing the little cleaning as required, still makes us hesitate to use the unit for fear of cleaning.

Overall, we are happy with the air fryer grill. I like oil fried chicken and French fries, but this is a good alternative.

BK: I am so excited!!! I called Customer Service to tell them of the early demise of my Kalorik Air Fryer/ Oven/Grill after only 4 months. Today August 16, 2022 I received a new oven!!!! I am so happy for the replacement oven! Customer Service was wonderful and, obviously, the Company stands behind their products!!! That’s a win-win!!! Thank you, Kalorik!

I am so sad! This oven stopped working in just 4 months!! I loved this oven so much and still do. I just can’t keep buying it every 4 months. If you do decide to make a purchase be sure and purchase the EXTENDED warranty as well!

Ricky b.: Amazon return horror story. Lied to by customer service about receiving a replacement after it stopped working after one month.

Bought this for my sister for Christmas, she wanted a $100 air fryer and I wanted to get her something really nice so this was a big surprise for her and her boyfriend. She loved it, followed all of the instructions, there was never any indication of anything being wrong with it. Just over a month later it shut off while she was using it. She thought it was the outlet so she plugged it into a different one and it still wouldn't turn on. The original outlet was working when she plugged in a different device.

I contacted Amazon and was told the return window was up (it had passed by TWO DAYS, and btw a one month return window for something that's $300 is absurd) but I was thankfully told by the rep that "upon checking we can do a one time exemption for a refund or a replacement. Which one would you like?" (I took pictures of the chat where I was told this) I chose the replacement because my sister loved the air fryer when it was working and still wanted one. I was told that the return label would arrive via email within 24 hours and to drop...
