trun: I've had this grinder for a few years and have made a ton of coffee with it. It's great. Still kicking strong. I even slam it on my counter to get the grinds flush and still this thing is running great. A+++

Denise Randon: I really loved how this product worked, but after just three months of having it (and using it just a handful of times), it stopped grinding and got real hot. I contacted Amazon for a replacement, and they said no, I had to go to the manufacturer directly. I emailed Kaffe and within 24 hours, Lula got back to me. She addressed the situation and resolved it immediately. What absolutely wonderful customer service! This is a company who really stands by their products. I highly recommend buying whatever this company has to offer! You won’t be disappointed!

Ethan: Got this on sale and think, especially for the price, it’s a great little unit. Works simply and efficiently. Produces pretty even grind. Only two minor things I don’t like. First, and maybe this is true of all grinders like this, ground coffee clings to the top and sides (via static electricity maybe). So you have to use the little brush (included) to get everything out. Second, you have to press and hold the button to run the grinder. It would be nice if you could set it to run for xx seconds. However, at this price point I am not sure any grinders do that. Overall, I am very happy with this item.

Update: I disassembled the grinder and found out a the plastic piece that connects the switch was misaligned. I put it back together and it works!
