ChuckChuck: The cats love the windows but don't have a good way to look out them, so I got this. A lot of reviews complain about the recent model suction cups not holding at all, but I've found that they work perfectly.
To install:
Clean the window VERY WELL. Clean it until it's genuinely clean and wiped well to have no residue (you can clean it with water if you wipe it well enough afterward). Clean the suction cups well. Warm the suction cups a *bit* to make them more malleable, but not so much that you warp them (other people complained about this as well - if you use a hairdryer, use it on low and only for a very short time). Make sure everything is dry. Unscrew the screw caps on the two end suction cups a bit, but not entirely. Press all 3 suction cups against the clean window firmly. The middle one should grip pretty well with some pressure, but the end ones will not. You need to press them firmly against the window, and while doing that, screw the cap down all the way to seal the cup against the window. Do that with the other side.

3boys: Measure your window(s) that you think you'll use this in, it's wider than you realize.
I wanted to used it on our (swinging) patio door, but glass wasn't wide enough. I made it fit and the suction cups held for a few minutes before popping off. (This was after I carefully cleaned the glass and suction cups to make sure they stuck on good, because my cat is on the chunkier side.)

ChronosChronos: Easy to install. Cats seem to love sun bathing in it. The included bed pad is made out of a weird material which seems bad for potential fleas or other things to get lodged in. One of my cats scratched/chewed pieces off of it for fun. They say it's a benefit to catch cat dander but I don't like it.

Lilian: It took a few trials to get the cat used to it. Now she goes straight in when we put her in the car.
All drivers passing by are waving. Installed on passenger window, above the side mirror view, does not impede view, small enough. Good cups.

GillianGillian: Our cats (all three of them) LOVE looking outside to watch birds, squirrels, people, etc. and this window perch has given them the perfect place to do this. We have had this product for over a year now and here is what we can say about it:
-IT'S STURDY: I could hold onto this thing and lean back and it would hold my weight no problem. Just make sure you are putting it up properly and cleaning the window AND the suction cups.As I mentioned, we have three cats. they are all roughly 8 pounds each. This thing can easily hold two at a time without budging. Now When I say it will hold two at a time, I do not mean they will both fit comfortably in it at the same time, but it will hold their weight without even the slightest thought that it will fall. The only time we have had it fall was because we took it off the window we had it on and then just threw it back up without cleaning the spot where we were putting it up as well as the suction cups. If you are having problems getting it to stay up, clean the suction cups and the window and you shouldn't have any problems. As soon as we went back and cleaned everything, it was just as sturdy as before.

The pros are that the little cat face is really cute if you have the window open often. I wish it came in a smaller size so I could put one in my room because the design blends perfectly behind a curtain; when the window is closed you can't even tell it's there. With the pillow case in there my cats love it
A good buy, just a couple of I feel like easy fixes would make this a perfect product. Give us a typical soft cushion for the cat like most window hammocks and go with the basic strong suction cups other brands use that don't require so many complications to work properly.
