Cynthia Bryson: I have feral cats and I keep it on my deck. Really did not think they would sleep in it but I have checked 3 or 4 times tonight and they are passed out in there so it is doing a great job keeping them warm. The flaps are removable so I did remove one of them til they figure out how to use them to get in and out. I am very satisfied with this product.

Amazon Customer: Last winter, I bought one for the three "barn cats" that I feed twice a day. This winter, I've bought another, because they like it and use it, and it keeps them warm. (I actually use an electric blanket to supplement the heating pads, when it's really cold). I keep these elevated, on my covered porch.

The design is strong, and VERY easy to assemble

And sure, I'd let the barn kitties in, but my Serval and Savannahs are more than a bit territorial.

Mike: I been buying these for years they last a few years.the heating pad works .. haven't had any trouble with the wire or pad ...no fires yet . The feral cats love them. Last blizzard they spent days inside..snow was melted a couple inches around the perimeter of the tent ..and just outside the front door they stepped out took poo and urine and ran back in.lol

Geraldine: Needed to buy a converter for the heat pad plug, which didn't work.... Just kept blowing the power! Had to buy another heat pad, which I think is actually inferior, so a bit disappointing Shame that the item couldn't have been made for the Australian market, if it is going to be offered here.

Riley: Amazing product for stray cats who need a bit of heat. A stray cat survived the winter on my balcony thanks to the tent and headed pad. I installed the tent and added the K&H heating pad on a elevated platform (had the heated pad plugged in the K&H tent 24/7). I'm not sure how it works at minus 20-30 but he was protected from the wind and spent every cold night in there so it definitely helped him to some degree. Great product worth the investment.

4CATLADY: This thing is huge and so are the doors. There is no way an outdoor cat could stay warm or dry in it, especially since there are no water resistant flaps on the doors to keep the rain out. I don't think it is particularly waterproof and with the openings at both ends, a wind would blow right through. A large German Shepherd dog could fit in this easily. I wouldn't recommend it for cats or dogs if it were to be used outside.
