I have purchased these Julian Bakery crackers many times without any issues and while they are expensive, they are really good AND, they are low in carbs. I most recently purchased these on 6/7/2023. When I opened one of the boxes and tried a cracker, I had to spit it out, it was disgusting. I looked at the expiration date, I found it to be 1/27/20 on one box and 4/12/20 on the other box. The item is NOT returnable so I had to contact Amazon customer service who did refund the purchase amount. However, going forward, I strongly recommend NOT purchasing this 2 pack from this vendor.

Upon first bite, these crackers are pretty flavorless. However, after thinking about it, most tortilla chips are pretty flavorless too, right? So, I use them anywhere I would use a tortilla chip - guacomole, salsa, sausage dip... they are crunchy and crisp, and are the perfect dipper! These are VERY expensive, but if you are eating the keto or low carb way, and are like me (I don't eat anywhere NEAR the quantity of food as I used to), these two boxes will last several weeks, just don't let your spouse or kids get ahold of pricy little gems!

I love these crackers! I had a problem with my latest order and complained to Amazon and to Julian Bakery, and even wrote a poor review of the service I received. Julian Bakery corrected the problem within a week! I am now writing to change that review. Yes these crackers are very expensive, but taste great with cream cheese flavored spreads. Just starting to eat a low carb keto diet and am counting on these crackers to help keep me on the diet. I have ordered these several times in the past and so far have been happy with the product.

Oh my gosh! These crackers are delicious. I just got my box today, and I was thinking, "what am I going to put on it?" You don't need anything on them! They are awesome all by themselves! However, I think avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, salsa, ect... all would be very good. Look at the ingredients that is in them. Nothing but wholesome and organic ingredients. I am sitting down drinking a wonderful cup of tea with a few now. I will continue to buy these!

The Salt & Pepper version is marginally better than the Organic Parmesan, but good luck finding them separately. Four Stars because they do help satisfy my "load up a cracker with an excessive amount of cheese" cravings, but if someone came out with something more savory I'd be checking it out in a heartbeat.
To help you gauge how much comes in a bag, my picture shows approximately 1/4 of each bag on the plate. You won't be setting these out for guest...
