Toujoursmax: This looks just like the ball retriever that I had and really liked until it got crushed in a car door. I bought a new one, but the rods and cup just spin around when trying to get a ball out of the water. I used to place the cup on top of a ball, then rotate it to scoop the ball up. This one just spins. Useless.

MDC05: Have extended to full 15’ and it’s still pretty sturdy. At shorter extension is very sturdy. At this price it will pay for itself in a season easily.

JSM: The best: Excellent extension and reach!
The not so good: it is not built to last and is very flimsy. I've used it for for six weeks to collect balls maybe two dozen times from our local course. At maximum extension it reaches very far, but is difficult to control. After a few weeks the locking rings stopped working. Overall not a solidly built product.

Paul H: The sections get over tighten some times and are hard to get loose. I found that if I periodically loosen all the sections this helps keep this from happening. Good product for the price.
