KDoll: I was diagnosed with blepharitis; I suspect a clogged duct from not doing a good job of removing my eye makeup at night. My doctor advised that dermatologists recommended using tearless baby shampoo to scrub the face and eyelids. Compared to buying the expensive face wash and make-up remover marketed to women, this is a bargain! It is such a big bottle that I have also started using it to bathe my dog, although he doesn't care for baths, but he seems to not mind it as much as his previous dog shampoo, plus I know I can wash the crusties out of his eyes and it won't sting. It doesn't have a very strong fragrance, but considering that fragrances can be irritating to sensitive skin, it makes sense (although the travel bottle I purches labeled "head to toe" does seem to have a stronger fragrance). It will continue to be a staple in my house, even with no babies around!

Onewadsworth: I have a Maltese and she gets a weekly bath so I wanted a shampoo that was mild and non-irritating. The bottle was hard to open and the top broke while I was turning it to open. Not that that was a problem - I still have a big bottle of mild, gentle shampoo for my girl. It doesn't have much smell so it fades after a day. I like for her to smell fresh for a few days, but I also wanted a shampoo that wouldn't hurt her eyes should some get in them. It doesn't lather as much as other shampoos but it cleans well. I feel I can clean her face well without worrying about irritating her face.
