Ken01: We use this powder, as it doesn't have Talc (often know to have asbestos in it, in small quantities, which can be cancer causing). This item doesn't have Talc (thank goodness), and has what I think is much safer (Corn starch). For that reason it is HIGHLY recommended. And the fact that it has Aloe & Vitamin E, and is Hypoallergenic, is all a bonus.

Tiffany: Love cornstarch. Never buy talc cause it can cause cancer!!!! Cornstarch is all natural. My 4 month hasn't gotten any rash all cause of this! My son had rash when he was 1 month, used this and it killed the rash!
