Bk: Battery life is decent and very bright at highest setting. Its nice to have different light options.

Brian w. Springer: These are nice lamps, the 1200 lumens really lites up whats in front, they last long except for the hinge can give out with use while adjusting the angle. At that point you connect the strap and wedge to the angle needed. The red light option is great for astronomy uses.
Of course there is only a 30 day warranty so very disposable, the downside to 21st century buying, everything is ... so throw it away and buy another one.

Obi Watt Kenobi: Took both lights to work, and put them to the test. The motion sensor is awesome. It worked quite well. The sensor has a close proximity so it will not turn off and on as I work like some others do. The switch works perfect so far. Press it and a function happens has no glitches to it. I love the press and hold function to turn off the light. The variety of light functions are nice. Hi / lo beam, hi / lo wide, combination and red low light. The switch also remembers the last function it was on when you turn it off. It goes back to that function without having to scrool back to your favorite mode. Left the light on all day in different modes. The light lasted through a 10 hour shift with more battery left to use. It comes with hardhat clips. It has been a great light sofar, until today. On day 3 at work my hardhat fell off the ladder as I worked in a tight spot in the ceiling. The drop broke the hinges and now the light assembly just flops around. I just made my first attempt to repair with velcro tape in the back of the light. I'll update later. Update so after some time both of the lights finally gave out. One I must admit is totally my fault when it was hooked up to a faulty...
