IML: I really wanted to like this product! The photos others have added convinced me to purchase this as to add to my “wear to work” wardrobe. Unfortunately when it came it I immediately noticed the fabric threads poking out of the sides and back. The size when tried on was extremely small, and NOT true to size. I wear a Large in men’s, and ordered an XL which was still too small.

The Girl Utah: This is a perfect jacket for those special events- and not necessarily for every day use. (Wedding, school dance, award ceremony.) We purchased for our sons homecoming dance and it did the job perfectly! We have never fit him for the “official suit”… And this was perfect option for not knowing those measurements. These xs-xl sizes are a bit more forgiving and don’t need to be precise. Yet, I’m telling you- it fit like a glove!
Having said that- this does tend to run small!! Not as off in size like some Asian/US translations- but, it definitely runs smaller vs. bigger. To give an idea- our son is 16yr, 6’3”,185lb. He has an active build but, not bulky athletic teen body.. and we ordered an XL. I was shocked at how great it looked as he pulled this on and got to this look with such ease- The “smaller side” reference came
with the lifting of arms or, the forward stretch.. it was a bit tight. He had ample room thru the middle and could do the button easily.. we realize, the fact- that a suit coat is a bit limiting in itself- But, like I said.. for specific events (verses every day wear...) this works just fine..
