JazzJazz: Great looking hat unfortunately did not come with the strap. Wish the hat came in a box instead of a bag I hope hat can be reshaped!

KG: One hat came in squished and disformed due to packaging choices, so I ordered another, which was packaged well with room in the box and came in without damage. Hat itself is super cute and recommended.

Rhonda M: The hat is well constructed and I like the style however it is to large for me and there is only a piece of Velcro on one side to try to adjust the hat with and was still to big for me. When I try to tighten it up using the Velcro it causes the the fabric that covers the Velcro to stick out. It definitely needs a better way to adjust the fit, such as a draw string. I also had issues with the strap that connects to the hat not staying connected. I really should have sent the hat back but have decided to try and fix a way of adjusting in it.

OptimalAnimalsOptimalAnimals: Cute style & the stampede strap is very handy. The sizing system on the interior band is kind of flimsy & feels like it’s going to break, but for now it works. I packed this in my luggage, surrounded by clothes & it traveled well. I wish the brim was easier to shape; I actually steam-ironed it out when it first arrived but extreme humidity gives it a mind of its own. Still, this hat is a new staple for tropical travel, cute & effective.
