Qyksilver: easy to read instructions. able to get Ford into learn mode as instructed. there is a little bit of a delay when waiting for sensor to acknowledge learn mode. able to reset sensors in less than 2 min. good product

Bob in SC: I purchased this relearn tool and had trouble getting the unit to work.
I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY and tried everything I could think of to get it to work.
After multiple failed attempts, I contacted the vendor. They suggested I try a couple more things, I did - it still did not work.
I reported the results back to the vendor and they immediately sent me a replacement unit.
The replacement unit worked on the first try and I am very pleased with the performance of the relearn tool.
The Customer Service response was EXCELLENT and made up for the problem I experienced with the first unit I purchased.
Therefore, I'm going to give the overall experience 4 Stars - it works and I'm happy.
My advice:
Follow this instructions carefully, if it doesn't work - ask for some assistance.

Pfiouh: Cet outil de réapprentissage a fonctionné très bien sur ma voiture. Je m'y suis repris à plusieurs fois pour finir complètement le réapprentissage uniquement parce que je ne maîtrisais pas encore la procédure complète, mais une fois compris, c'est plutôt assez simple et bien fait. L'outil est clé dans le processus et a très bien marché. Je peux maintenant remplacer mes roues hiver et été de manière indépendante.
