AlepxUli: El uso que se les da podría decirse que es normal; sólo para hacer ejercicios en casa. Al mes de uso, la cinta sujetadora ya estaba casi por romperse. A no ser que seas una persona muy gorda que apenas si use cinta, se te van a desgastar muy feo, pues la propia pesa comprime la cinta.

shardane: I really enjoy using these because they are comfortable, functional and heavy. They don't look like much but they definitely add resistance to any workout. I use them for my leg lifts, scissor kicks and glute exercises. I have seen tremendous results.

Shaunak De: The weights feel well constructed and fit snugly around my ankles. I share these with my girlfriend and she's able to adjust it perfectly for herself as well. I wear these over socks, so I can't speak for how it feels on your skin if you chose to use it that way, but I can't imagine it will be uncomfortable.
