Amphib_Warrior: I ordered this snack box because there aren't many authentic Asian markets where I live, the nearest one closed down during COVID and Asian snacks and candy are super expensive at World Market. My sister and I had a lot of fun trying to figure out what snack is which, since all the titles are in Japanese. We haven't tried everything in it yet but the majority of what we had is really good, there's not a ton of candy- only a couple Laffy-Taffy-like things and some Pepsi flavored gum- but the chips and crackers are flavorful. My personal favorite was the cheese rings (idk that's what they looked like, circular cheetos) and my sister liked the tiny packaged cookies. All in all this was a great purchase for the money and I think it'd be a fun thing to buy if your friends or kids like to try new things.
I'm not sure about the other reviews saying their package was mishandled or damaged in transit but all of the snacks came in a plastic bag inside an Amazon envelope, there wasn't a ton of smashed bags either. I think it all depends on your mail service and how they handle packages, not the company itself.

Caden Boyer: I bought this because I wanted to try some delicious Japanese food and get a taste for other countries's snacks and treats. I got all of that and more! A cute sticker, too. It was delicious with only TWO items out of the entire bag being something I didn't enjoy. The banana candy bar thing and the stuff that looks like smarties.
Overall? Amazing quality, especially for the price I paid for, however there is one major problem.
THEY GAVE ME LAXATIVES.
I guess they grabbed a ton of snacks from a Japanese pharmacy or something because some of the stuff in the picture isn't what I got. I was looking SUPER forward to trying the coca~cola candy in the picture but didn't get it.
They gave me, and this is important, an ambulance shaped packet of laxatives. It had an ambulance on it and 5 M&M candies I thought were just shaped like tiny pills as a novelty, you know? Like choco-pills. I couldn't read the Japanese language to understand it was actually laxatives...and I ate them all thinking they were just candy.
My bowels are a wreck right now, so if you do buy it, and they give you that specific thing in it? DO NOT eat the ambulance candies. They were laxatives....

EricaErica: Thought I should write a recent review since this has so many mixed reviews on here. I was pretty skeptical buying this bc of said mixed reviews, but was pleasantly surprised & very pleased with it overall. It came with a ton of candy and snacks, and while some were repetitive there was definitely a large variety of goodies to choose from. I ordered it last minute as a Valentine's Day surprise for my family and it arrived within 2 days, on time, on Valentine's Day! My family had so much fun trying all the different candies and snacks. And honestly the only thing that we didn't truly care for was the fish jerky (which was still pretty fun to try!). Most everything was actually pretty delicious, or at the very least somewhat yummy or unique/interesting. Our favs were the stuffed Winnie the Pooh marshmallow, the Coke & Pepsi flavored candy (that literally tasted JUST LIKE Coke & Pepsi!), the candy rocks, the tiny ramen snacks, & the different taffies & gummies! I have no clue if these candies/snacks were cheap vending machine foods that we could have gotten cheaper from somewhere, but in my opinion it was well worth the money for us. The plastic package isn't cute . I expected a better presentation from a Japanese giftable selection of sorts.
This is over priced for what is actually selected in this pack.
Products are around $7 in reality as a whole. Its more than a dollar each for this package.
I missed the Dagashi from Japan so I bought this but will not purchase again because of exaggerated pricing.
Almost $40 for $5-7 worth of snack is not worth it even with free delivery. Look at the choices. From small to tiniest. Good for one child only.

KortKort: This is a fun assortment of snacks and candies direct from Japan. I had ordered a smaller version of this before for my teen daughter. She loved it, so I purchased this larger one for her 15th birthday. Again, she loves it!
Not every flavor is a winner. Catering to Japanese taste buds, some of the fishier foods are not a hit. Most of the others are fun though. Often the taste is mild but the texture unique. Very few of them are overly sweet, which is a nice change of pace from many American snacks. Portions are small, but there is a great variety and it is a lot of fun to try them all out. Find some you really like, and you can usually track them down for ordering online.
As I mentioned, this was a gift -- and it makes a good one for the right person. The box and bag it arrives in is unremarkable, but the individual product packaging more than makes up for that. Mine was Prime so it arrived quickly, but somethings these are shipped from overseas so expect a wait in those cases.

Would love to see more obscure items in this, but overall a great product.
