J.R. Peters Jack's Classic No.1.5 All-Purpose Fertilizer with 20-20-20 NPK Ratio

Luna Pierce: I cannot stress enough how much my plants love this. I was using cult favorites like GT Foliage Focus & Dyna-Gro previously and don’t get me wrong, they did something because my plants were growing slow and steady. But when I introduced them to this stuff, OMG, they skyrocketed. Fast. I’m talking a plant that hadn’t done a single thing in 6 months doubling in size within 6 weeks. It’s incredible. I don’t have a plant that hasn’t responded well or at all to this fertilizer. If you’re a crazy plant parent, order this and see for yourself. Worse case scenario you return it and get your money back. But I couldn’t imagine ever returning it. Oh, and another thing… you get a BANG for you buck. I’ve been using for 3 months now and I still haven’t put a dent in the tub. And I have ALOT of plants and make several gallons in just one watering day and several more on a different watering day that same week. Seriously, if you’re looking for a new fertilizer, just buy this one. Please.

Jacky: This is a must-have for any plant lover. You simply add a small scoop to your plant water, mix it in, and water the plants, and it adds all the nutrients that your plants need to grow big and beautiful. Soil is often missing essential nutrients, or they get used by the plant and need to be replenished. The 20-20-20 mix is the best bet for a wide variety of plants, including vegetables (and safe to use on edible plants). When used sparingly, this container should last you a while! Just be sure not to over fertilize your plants. :)

Judy L.Judy L.: I grow most of our veggies and herbs in our large basement, and have been growing them under LED lighting for over 6 years. I had been using a liquid fertilizer that was much more costly and more difficult to use. I use this formula primarily for the veggie greens and herbs.

The liquid fertilizer I used was in gallon plastic bottles that needed to be shaken before each use because some of the components settled to the bottom. For these, I had to shake the gallon bottle before pouring into a small plastic cup. I used 10 cc's per gallon of water and had to mix the contents of the cup each time I took 10 cc's from it to add to the watering can. For the plants that I have, I used two different formulas, and used 1 gallon of each per month. The cost of these fertilizers was $56-$70 per gallon.

Since I started using this fertilizer, I still use 2 formulas, and use two of the 1.5 lbs. containers of each per month for the same plants. Although 2 of these was costing $64, I found a 4 lb. container on Amazon for $25. This reduced the cost to less than half. So, if you are using this fertilizer, you need to shop to get the best price.

Appaloosa: This product seems to work well in my garden but before I could use i had to manually break it back down from large clumps into a usable powder form. I guess it had sat around for a long time before it was sent to me. Not a big deal but not expected.

Joyce: I ordered this product for my vegetables. Thought I would try it to see if I get a better yield. I’m doing them in large pots. Easy to use just use a spoon place the granules in a water jug. Pour around plants. Came on time.
