I love the new bed. It arrived on time. No off gassing odors. Took a few days to plump up, but we live in a cold climate and this was normal. The bed is firm yet plush and to be honest I really liked the personal note included, it was touching.

The mattress fit my queen bed frame perfectly. I ordered the 8 inch one and it is very comfortable. I do wish I would have ordered a thicker size but I was on a budget, however for only 8 inches and no box spring, I’m sleeping great! There was no smell and the mattress inflated to its full size. I highly recommend

UPDATE (1 Nov 2020): I've slept on this mattress almost 3 months, so I wanted to give an update. I sleep on my left side, and it's pretty comfortable. When I turn on my right, I wake up with a sore shoulder. It still feels like I'm sinking into it but it seems to go back to its original shape. All in all it's still more comfortable than a traditional mattress, but it might be better suited for a guest bedroom than for every night.
ORIGINAL: The mattress comes with very good instructions on how to "unwrap" it. They say it can take up to 48 hours for it to fully "inflate", but it seemed to be the correct size within 2 hours. I went on a week's vacation the day after receiving it, and when I returned it wasn't any different shape than when I left. There was no noticeable odor that I could detect. I have pretty bad allergies, so I put an allergen cover on it almost immediately - this has not taken away from the enveloping, cushion-y feel of the memory foam.
