The mattress is great, especially for the price. But why on earth would it be shipped through the post office? It took 5 days for the post office to let me know that they would not deliver it and that I needed to come get it. I had to borrow a bigger car from a friend to go pick it up. The whole reason I ordered from Amazon was to have it delivered.

It's very nice and enough firm to straighten up the back but it's also very soft and welcoming.
