Chris H: This product served me well for a span of 2 years and 2 months, before it stopped working. It operated almost continuously. Overall, I am quite satisfied with its performance. I positioned it near the cat litter bin, where it diligently handled its job.
However, it's worth noting that within the first month, the LCD screen encountered some display issues. Nevertheless, this didn't bother me much because I primarily controlled the unit from the front panel and kept it running most of the time.
I made sure to maintain the unit by regularly disassembling it and removing dust buildup. Dust accumulation, in general, seems to be a common challenge with this type of technology, despite its multiple-stage filters. It tended to adhere to components inside, such as the fan blades.
One standout feature I appreciated was the inclusion of three ozone/ion cards, which gave me confidence in its robustness for my specific needs. While I'm open to the idea of purchasing another unit, I'll likely explore alternative models before making a final decision.

LJT: i had constant nose issues until i got this unit 2 months ago. not 1 nose issue since then. only need to run the ozone for about 30 minutes a couple times a week after doing a 4 hour ozone treatment when i first got the unit. if it last it will be a great unit.

Drake: I took a long time researching the different air purifiers, and this one is the best for the price that I could find. I turned this on a couple of hours before I had guests come over for a gathering and throughout the gathering, three of the guests were allergic to pets. We have two large dogs and two cats. We clean the house as good as we can and keep the pest outside from that point on. None of the guests has even a slight reaction, prior to getting the air purifier they would have had some reaction.
I think the HEPA filter, charcoal, negative ion, and UV is an outstanding combination. The negative ions bond to particles in the air and make dust and other small particle fall to the ground. This offers ozone as well, a feature you probably will only use once in a while. It has three ceramic plates, a lot of the lower cost ozone units only have one, so it puts out ozone like crazy. The ozone you only want to use when you are out of the house. We tried it in a closed room and it still got all over the house and we had to turn it off. W. Wisener: This machine replaced my Ivation Ozone Generator, Air Purifier, Ionizer & Deodorizer that does not have the 5 stage filtration. I was wanting an upgrade with my filtration. To begin with, this machine is much larger (12.5" x 11" x 15") than the one I had (9.8” x 8.9” x 12.8"). For whatever reason, I just assumed that it would be the same size. So if space is a premium for you, keep this in mind.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
Assembly was minimal. All you need to do is unpack it and unwrap the ceramic plates. Next, you remove the filter media (there is one screw on the top part of the back of the device). Filter media easily pulls out and then you insert the 3 ceramic filters. The UV bulb is already installed, so you don't have to fool with that.
After the power cord is connected and the ON switch is activated (located in the lower right on the back), you will need to first set the clock (Instructions on how to do this is in the manual). You will also need to put two AAA batteries (not included) in the remote control.
