Amazon Customer: this chinese brand is flexible rubber and fit my 2009 sienna unlike the cheaper indian brand made out of hard plastic. I lubed it up with windex and used a flat clothes pin and the heel of my hand to force it on - fits good. don't waste your time like I did with the cheaper hard plastic.

Garrett: The new part was nice and soft/flexible - it was a cold day outside, but I kept the part in my pocket until I had the old part removed and was ready to install the new one.
I used needle-nosed pliers to remove the old, crumbling one (Good tip from S. Ocheltree's review) then followed the instructions to install the new one: sprayed lithium grease to slick-up the back & inside, and liquid dish-soap to slick up the groove/ridge around the sides of the part.
It easily slid down over the antenna and after about 30 seconds of squishing it around, the part was a perfect fit. The only cleanup was to wipe off excess lithium grease from the antenna and wipe up excess dish soap from around the part. 2008 Toyota Sienna
