Kat: After only a little over a years general use of this chair on a wood floor (I am 5'4" 134 lbs.), the back has completely fallen off the joints it was welded at. No response from the seller when I complained.

Lora: The chair is working out well. On suggestion I would make is a strap across to prevent the ball from being pushed through the frame

A. Osmon: I get so many compliments on this chair! And I love it!

It is constructed very well. It supports my weight well (230 pounds...working on getting that down) and glides easily. I spent some time not realizing that the ball was not completely inflated, probably in fear that it would explode if I pumped too much more. Definitely follow the instructions for blowing it up - you have to let it sit for the night without 100% capacity - so don't buy this with the intention of using it the same day (this is true of any chair like this!) Don't skip that part! Then, when you finally do blow it up all the way, know that in a month or so you may want to blow it up further. When I refilled it, the ball didn't touch the group (even despite my weight!) and it changed where the back bolster hit me. When the ball was less full, the back bolster would hit me mid-back, which was comfortable but also allowed a lot of slouching, which was the main reason I bought this; to combat workplace slouching. Now the bolster hits me much lower and I am more in tune with my posture and less able to slouch.

In terms of aesthetics, I find that this chair is the best choice to use in a...

VLADIMIR: I love this chair

Grandma Linda: I've only been using this chair a short while, but so far I really like it. It's a lot more comfortable than I had expected. I need a chair with some height, and most similar chairs were too short, but this one does adjust (somewhat) and the tallest setting works perfectly. I can't speak to the toning aspect yet, but I know I am sitting up straighter. Part of that is because this chair doesn't allow me to curl my legs around and under as I used to do. The price was reasonable, the ball is fine quality (it was awfully wrinkled when I first got it, but it has smoothed out), the back is actually a nice feature. I didn't put mine together, so I can't say how hard that is -- except when I opened the box I could see immediately I needed to enlist some help. My handy son built it for me and had no trouble. So far I recommend it.

Hello 👋: i've had this chair for a couple weeks now, and i am loving it. i inflated the ball as instructed (fill it about 70% the first day, and the rest the second day) and have had no problems with the ball shape fitting in the chair. i find this chair very comfortable after a week or so (before that, my butt was definitely getting sore by the end of the day, but i just think that has something to do with getting used to it). i have no idea if it is 'toning' my core or anything, but it is an attractive, comfortable, interesting chair. i like bouncing on it when i'm a little bored, which is fun. i definitely notice i am sitting up straighter, and i seem to have more energy, probably a result of sitting up straighter instead of slouching, as i did on a standard desk chair. i prefer this chair in metal to a co-worker's plastic one, but that's purely aesthetics, i think this looks cleaner and more 'furniture-y' than the plastic. the wheels don't roll perfectly smoothly while i'm sitting on it, but it's not a problem for me, they do roll, just a little tight, they roll perfectly when i'm not on it, so it has to be the extra weight. i got the silver-finish chair with the pink...

Sadie: I was reluctant to buy this because what I gathered from the reviews was that the frame was better than other brands, but the ball was too small. It seemed like a lot of money to spend just for the frame, but I figured that the ball would have to be replaced eventually anyway, and better to only have to replace the ball, than replace a junky frame too (as would be the case if I went with an inferior brand). The frame is metal and seems pretty sturdy. It went together very easily, no tools. The ball did look like it wasn't going to fit. However, I followed the instructions to use the measuring tape provided and only inflate the ball 80% for the first 24 hours (40 cm), then inflate it fully (55 cm). I did use a bike pump with the attachment from the hand pump. When it is only inflated to 40 cm it feels and looks like the ball is almost fully inflated. I was skeptical that it would inflate to 55 cm. However, it does inflate to full size, which fits perfectly on top of the frame. I'd say the bottom 1/4 of the ball sits in the frame and the rest rests above the frame - just like the picture. I'm 5'7" and my roommates are 5'10" and 6'. We all think it is most...
