Mandi S.: The outside part is extremely scratchy material, but my daughter absolutely loved the mermaid design. Fortunately, the inside portion is made with softer material so it’s not too bad.

Eliza Newman: It looks just like the pictures and my daughter absolutely loves it. Some reviews talk about it not being soft, which is true, it definitely isn’t the softest. But it’s not that bad honestly. I put a softer blanket underneath the comforter and my daughter couldn’t be happier! The matching pillow case is the same fabric and we don’t use that as her main pillow, just as a decor pillow when the bed is made. Overall it’s very cute and she was ecstatic when she first saw it. She turns into a mermaid every night and has to show me haha

K. Smith: My Little Mermaid loves this set! She especially loves pulling the covers up to her little chin to show off the mermaid printed on the front of the comforter.
The top printed side of the comforter feels a little stiff but maybe soften up after a few washes?
The opposite side is very soft and very cuddly.
I was looking for an affordable yet fun comforter set for my kid's room and happily chose this one.
We are sheets we already had our home as this set doesn't include sheets.

Abagail's Mom: All I can say is I am so glad I'm so picky! I spent weeks looking through thousands of bedding options for my daughter and I almost settled on something neither of us would have been pleased with, due to boring, cliche, cartoonish bedding that was all over priced just to end the struggle of finding nothing that appealed to us. Then, I somehow, someway found this set, possibly divine intervention or my guardian angel, I may never know... It's absolutely wonderful! My 2yr old who just got her first big girl bed wants to play in bed all the time now because she has a mermaid tail and a crown whenever she lays down in her bed. I was a little nervous it maybe tacky or uncomfortable but my fears all floated away the moment I opened it and spread it out. All of her friends and their moms are all jealous of it. I wouldn't be surprised if they all purchased it as well and I couldn't blame them, it's perfect for any girl, lady and yes even grown women who have dreamed of being a mermaid (let's not kid ourselves that's at least 99 out of 100 females)...
