zsatc2b: Things I wish I knew before I purchased, therefore here is what is in the package!
-There is nothing thermogenic about this wrap (depending on intended use, this can be good or bad).
-It stretches very well and holds shape while wearing or exercising!
Here's how I am using this wrap. I kept my other waist trainers that have the thermogenic effect (rubber on the inside) and I put that on first. Then I use this bandage/wrap and wrap it (over the other waist trainer) around my core area for that extra secure fit and extra heat build. I do not use for contour or shaping under clothes, frankly if you wrap it tight, sitting sucks. Overall, I am happy with this wrap because it complements the other waist trainers, I didn't have to buy another waist trainer, I just added the wrap. This wrap helps keep stuff in place so you can target that lower belly area where the waist trainer usually rises and is around my neck by the time I finish working out! Yes, it is working out perfect! No its not too bulky! See you this summer y'all!

ronda: I'm giving this a 4 star. When I wrapped myself from bottom to the top and wore it to work, I didn't think I was going to make it through the day. It was tight and very uncomfortable, It rolled when I sat in my chair. I kept pulling at it trying to keep it from moving up. I watched more videos and found that wrapping it from the top down, it was bearable to wear. I also added support shorts over it to keep it from rolling a lot. It takes some getting used too however, it does make you look inches smaller.
