Francisco Javier Gomez Diaz: Pocos libros tienen un detalle tan amplio del proceso de valuación de empresas por diferentes métodos. El caso práctico es excelente para poner en práctica los conceptos. Además la teoría está explicada muy digerible.

Andreas: Wie die meisten, die dieses Buch wahrscheinlich lesen, strebe ich eine Karriere im IB an. Für die Vorbereitung zu den Vorstellungsgesprächen ist dieses Buch unerlässlich!
Es ist klar strukturiert, gut gegliedert und enthält alle wichtigen Infos zu Themen wie Bewertung, LBOs etc. Trotzdem sollte man sich zusätzlich in manche Themen stärker einlesen.
Alles in allem ein sehr interessantes Buch für alle, die sich in den Themen weiterbilden wollen oder ins IB einsteigen wollen.

Kenneth Townsend: Good overview. Not very quantitative and lacks charts and tables. Still though, a good primer. I would recommend it to folks wanting to break into investment banking.

C. Ang: I actually like this book and think it is quite excellent. I think the discussion is pretty clear and covers the basics really well. In my opinion, however, this new edition is not significantly different from the second edition. This does not mean the material was not updated, but the important fundamental things you could learn from this book do not appear to be materially different than the prior editions.
