Galka: I like the idea of early allergen introduction. If I would write this review about three months ago, it would be 5 stars. But: spoonful removed maple flavor, which was the best in masking the fish/shrimp taste and then they changed a bit strawberry puffs - they are smaller now, tastes a bit different and my kid does not like them anymore! She also is not a fan of toddler version of spoonful cookies, she wants puffs, but they are different now :-(
Also the price is on the very high end and it is painful to see the kiddo spitting out puffs which should prevent him/her from getting allergies and cost so much
So it is definitely worth to try, as everyone's taste is different and the idea is based on multiple long term research, aligns with pediatricians's recommendations, however be prepared, that kids may not like the taste

Kendra R: Like this product! I bought the mix-in powder (another brand) and found it hard to use. It didn’t taste good and my little would refuse things I mixed it in. Then I found these and she seems to really enjoy them! I tasted one too and the really aren’t bad! Thanks for any easy to use product! As a busy mom of littles, we needed this!

KplandishKplandish: EDIT January 2020: SpoonfulOne appears to have listened to the feedback from their customers and the size of the puffs has been reduced to be better for infants. I have taken a new picture and added it for reference. The left puff is the new one compared to the right puff which is the older one.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
As the aunt of two nieces with food allergies, when it came to having my own child, I had a lot of anxieities about potential food allergies. Following the latest guidelines of early and often, we introduced all of the allergens to my son methodically and I carefully planned out all his meals to make sure he got regular exposure to all of the major allergens. Let me tell you, it got so overwhelming. I had this huge checklist spreadsheet which would alert me if it had been too many days between any of the allergens... I was driving myself crazy with this. We did use the Ready Set Food packets in his bottles to help reduce how often I had to think about cow's milk, peanuts, and eggs, but let's be honest - it's really hard to make sure shellfish is in your 8 month old's diet twice a week! So even though they are pricey, I decided to make the leap and try the...

Heather B.: I loved the concept for Spoonful One and we started off with the powder in our baby's purees. When she got older, we bought the snacks. She seemed ok with them - didn't love them or hate them. I think she lost interest in them after awhile. Not sure if it was the flavor. I tried one and it tasted ok.
I still recommend the Spoonful One products for any parent to a baby/toddler.
