Be more furgile: Price is definitely up there seeing it’s being used on my HO scale hobby layout. But it’s easy to apply and much easier to clean your tools then the other adhesive’s I’ve used. Plus if you have to make an adjustment to your layout I’ve found it much less difficult to release the track from the layout for example. Holds foam and track securely until you use a fairly sturdy scraper to lift and or pry it loose.
Spreads easily just make sure you have your tools on hand and release the pressure from the applicator before setting down.
