Shania: Everything says something different about this ball. It's either 500mah battery, 600, either 2.5 charge time or 1.5, nothing makes sense. The people who created this ball can't even get the product information right so I'm highly suspicious of this product. When I first opened it, I just charged it and gave it to my Willow (shih Tzu) before I started reading about it. That's when I noticed all the conflicts. Willow however couldn't care less about all this and absolutely loves the ball which is why I gave it a 3. Willow is 11lb 7 month old shih Tzu so she's on the smaller side. This ball is the perfect size for her to play with. My first thought when seeing her with the ball was "wow. I no longer feel guilty she's an only child" but after reading stuff, I will longer buy this brand ball again. In a few weeks when this one tears up I'll get a different brand and read what I can about the ball first. (I'm sure it will tear up because if a company can't even put the correct information on and consistently changes information while typing who knows how much they've messed up inside of the ball. I'm sure it won't work very long even with such a little dog.)

Brian Whittall: Dog loved the toy , worked fine on carpets.

JUD KNOWLES: The media could not be loaded.  Well thats worn him out thank goodness trouble is when I turn it off he keeps barking for me to turn it on. Good piece of kit even Dennis the cat tries to have a play with it, but Larry s having none of it.

verona estridge: Well my dog enjoyed this toy until she broke it which took only two days. She bounced it around and chased it. Carried it in her mouth and dropped it a couple of times. And it didn't work quite the same afterwards. Caught her chewing on it until she unscrewed it. It was easy to set up and charge which was great, but it didn't last long.

westdrum: My dog ( a corgi) absolutely loves this toy, especially on the normal mode. The bouncy mode doesn't work that great but other than that he has hours of fun chasing it around the house. Just be aware that it is hard plastic and not a soft rubber material and it's super easy to recharge.

Debi Tadd: My dog absolutely LOVES this ball. He's so adorable when he jumps on it. The only problem is if I'm not watching him (which who can 100% of the time) the ball will roll somewhere he can't get it and then turn itself off. Then I have no way of knowing where it is and have to hunt around the house under every possible piece of furniture and behind every possible plant or piece of decor to find it. I wish there was an alarm that would sound after 1 hour of inactivity. This would help me find it - and turn it off to save the battery. I hope whoever makes this considers this option as an upgrade. Or maybe include a remote that would allow you to find the ball when it's lost.

Amazon Customer: My 4 little dogs love this. The reason I gave it four stars is because when they pick it up and drop it off the couch a few times it is a screwed closure where it gets closed with the grooves like twisting the top of a jar. That loosens and the outer cloth Velcro cover they can open it easily. Maybe send an extra cover or offer the opportunity to purchase extra covers. I charge it every night because they wear it out!!!! Good product but need to fix a few things to have it last longer! One thing they should change in design is the interior square that holds the devise in place is thin plastic. With them playing with it the plastic has cracked off and does not work the same with wiggling. I now ordered a upgraded version so hopefully this one lasts longer then a few weeks. Our dogs are all less then 12 lbs and it did not last with them so a medium dog it may not work with.

Mary: The media could not be loaded.  He is obsessed and won’t let me even have a turn! He is carrying it with him everywhere. I love it. He is a Jack Russell with a lot of energy and this just tired him out and kept his attention occupied long enough for me to clean my bathroom. Definitely a win. I’m going to use it for certain times so he can not get bored of it as fast. I love how it has 2 modes and came with the outside fabric for hard floors. The only problem is the on and off switch is inside and it’s hard to get on after the balls is put back together and shaking. I tried going very slow and so did my boyfriend lol. Either way we said forget it, and creek just plays without it and for how aggressive he is throwing the ball around and gnawing on it I’m surprised it hasn’t opened as much. Def recommend!
