Wilson B Johnson: I loved this and so did our pup! Unfortunately it stopped working! I charged it and it was blinking as it charged,, it stopped blinking, I unplugged it but it would not come on, or light up.

Debi Tadd: My dog absolutely LOVES this ball. He's so adorable when he jumps on it. The only problem is if I'm not watching him (which who can 100% of the time) the ball will roll somewhere he can't get it and then turn itself off. Then I have no way of knowing where it is and have to hunt around the house under every possible piece of furniture and behind every possible plant or piece of decor to find it. I wish there was an alarm that would sound after 1 hour of inactivity. This would help me find it - and turn it off to save the battery. I hope whoever makes this considers this option as an upgrade. Or maybe include a remote that would allow you to find the ball when it's lost.

Mavis: We don’t use it on crazy mode. My small dog loves it. It is to large for him to chew (luckily) so he chases it around and lies down on it to try and subdue it.

The ball is smooth and on our hardwood floor is mostly just spins in one place, unless it is rolling slowly. That’s ok, it still entertains him. But it would be so much better if the outside skin was slightly more rubbery/ sticky so that it rolled better on smooth floors.

Tiyarah Nicole: Super good toy for smaller hyper dogs, my 10 month old frenchie will chase it for hours. It has a coupe different modes, we mostly use the calm rolling mode, or the party mode when my boy is most hyper. HE LOVES THIS BALL! the only downside I would say about it is that it comes unscrewed very easily, my boy plays super rough and sometimes the top will come off, make sure to screw it on extra tight! Other then that I definitely recommend.

Amazon Customer: My 4 little dogs love this. The reason I gave it four stars is because when they pick it up and drop it off the couch a few times it is a screwed closure where it gets closed with the grooves like twisting the top of a jar. That loosens and the outer cloth Velcro cover they can open it easily. Maybe send an extra cover or offer the opportunity to purchase extra covers. I charge it every night because they wear it out!!!! Good product but need to fix a few things to have it last longer! One thing they should change in design is the interior square that holds the devise in place is thin plastic. With them playing with it the plastic has cracked off and does not work the same with wiggling. I now ordered a upgraded version so hopefully this one lasts longer then a few weeks. Our dogs are all less then 12 lbs and it did not last with them so a medium dog it may not work with.

Louise A: The media could not be loaded.  My girl isn't the brightest spark lol.
However she has had alot of fun playing with this so far. She would still prefer her tennis ball. She is pretty strong and enjoys lifting and dropping the ball which hasn't harmed it ... yet however it had been making a loud bang on the high gloss flooring in the livingroom and I was worried about it being marked but don't see evidence of that.
It doesn't have various modes you can change however it seemed responsive to correct itself if it was stuck anywhere. My girl likes it but I think she's convinced I'm moving it lol it will be interesting to watch her on the Amazon Alexa Show device when I'm not home to see how she enjoys it when I'm not around.

Jason-Lee Robins: This is my fault for not reading the description but this does not work in carpet, so we just ended up with a shakey loud ball. Worked great in the kitchen though, so if you have hard floors your pet will enjoy this
