spencer lspencer l: The media could not be loaded.  This is one of her favorite toys right now. She is very picky when it comes to playing. It’s nice that it comes with multiple strings because they can get torn up rather quickly if your cat is a more aggressive player. I did have to end up tying the string to the stick itself rather than the metal ring, because the metal ring bends easily, and to manage to fit the string through the hole I needed to use fine tweezers. Overall, great purchase!

Suz: This is a stick with a hole drilled into the end so you can tie fabric strips. I got it and thought, "I could have made this for less than a dollar". Then I played with my cats and I will say they enjoyed it so I thought, "Who cares!". The reason I give it 3 stars is because the length of the stick is too short and the strips of fabric are too long. It is awkward to wave around in a way that attracts my cats.

I tried braiding them all together to add some weight to the string fabric but it didn't help enough. I added a toy to the end to add weight. It didn't work well either. If it were a fishing rod or a longer piece of wood it would work well. Playing with cats is a multi-event per day type of thing to keep them happy and stimulated. It has to be enjoyable for the pet parent as well and this just isn't enjoyable.

I may try to cut the string in half so the weight balance is better...

P.Ramos: After reading some reviews I was skeptical. However, for the cost I went ahead and bought this cat toy.
My cat cannot leave it alone! I mean cat craziness... she will grab the string part and drag this around the house with her. And the little bell on top... she ( the cat) can be sound asleep in a different room, and someone picks up this toy, and the little bell jingles.. BAM the cat is there... ready for play time!
I would recommend this cat toy for anyone with a cat who loves to play.

Maria M.: We had a cat toy with feathers but they all fell off and it became trash.
When searching for another toy I wanted one that was without feathers and pretty basic.
This toy had good reviews, was a good price, and I liked the changeable rope so I ordered it.
It was a hit right out of the box and the cat didn’t even play with it yet lol.
My two kids were playing with it together pretending to be cats going after it as I batted it around.
Then the cat found out about it and it’s been love ever since. He has been going crazy for it, and my kids love to tease him.
The only bad things about it is the rope gets knotted so we have to stop playing to fix it and since my cat has claws he gets stuck on it a lot.
Also want to make sure it doesn’t wrap around the cat’s neck while playing.
Overall, a fun cat toy.

Amanda: Oh my, our kitten LOVES this thing! She goes absolutely crazy when we pull it out and can engage with it until she is panting for breath (we use it to tucker her out when she gets the zoomies and starts clawing everything lol). My only complaint is that the strings aren't super durable. When she catches it and is able to have enough time to chew on it, it falls to pieces after about 2x of that. We cut it off shorter and shorter when that happens. Glad it came with extra strings!
