Simon A: This is close to perfect. It doesn’t have open ends which saves dropping bits on the floor, but is still easy enough to load and unload. I haven’t quite worked out the velcro part of the handle but as I only carry it short distances the handle is perfectly comfortable to hold without securing it (which presumably is easy enough to do if you need to carry the wood longer distances. 5 stars.

VinnieRed: Have been using for two months now and it seems perfect for the task of bringing in firewood without making a mess. Only complaint I have is that I feel it should be a bit cheaper for what it is. But, you get what you pay for, so hopefully it lasts for years and years.

Argus: Really, really nice kit addition. The carrier 'looks' awesome, it's durable, rainproof and easy to carry wood in. This would make a fantastic gift to any outdoor-type person, cottage-dweller or weekend warrior. No more ugly tote beside the fireplace!

CJsKatt: So far so good! My son hates toting wood for the stove so he makes as few trips as possible - this bag has held up really well! Seams have stressed, but not given out. Strapping around the bag for the handles are holding up well - hopefully we won't have to replace this after one winter with him! :)

Rozanne: My husband is using this to bring in wood for our stove instead of a laundry basket! He loves it and so do I. Holds enough wood for us to use in the evenings and keep fire going through the night. His comment was "I need another one to balance me out. One for each hand." I may just order another one. Very sturdy and well built. I bought it because of the positive reviews I read and I am thinking of buying another one. I like that it keeps all the mess contained while being brought into the house and while sitting next to stove.

Whispers: As I took this out of the box it reminded me of my Dad's oil cloth duster, that thing survived a LOT, so I suspect this bag will as well. It is a lot easier carrying in the wood with this than trying to balance an armful and it helps keep my floors clean from all the debris that comes in with wood. The straps for the handles go around the entire bag making it sturdier and easier to use. This may become the Christmas present for friends and family that have wood stoves and fire pits.

Brenda L Vance: I bought this for my husband during the Black Friday deals. It is the sturdiest log carrier I've ever purchased. I like the closed ends on it that keep bark and wood chips from falling out but my husband finds that feature a bit "fussy" since he's a typical guy and wants to just toss wood onto the open carrier and go, rather than take his time and make sure the logs are securely placed inside this carrier. But now he has two log carriers and can balance the load when he hauls firewood from the hay barn to the house.
