I lowered it to 3 stars from 4 after using it a lot.
I have had severe carpel tunnel syndrome surgery on both hands (cut several places on both hands) and now have cubical tunnel syndrome so the constant twisting is literally a pain. I think people with arthritis s would find the constant twisting a pain and painful also. I now find myself just leaving the hose "on' with water shooting out and turning it off at the spigot to avoid all the twisting.
I am going back to regular spray when handle release shuts off hose. However they are all aluminum so to avoid the aluminum / brass chemical corrosion/stuck on my hose end...I will use Locite marine grade anti seize on end of hose before screwing the spraye onto end of my hose. Hopefully, this will make it easier to remove the hose from sprayer later.

I have a brass end of hose. I needed a brass nozzle so the 2 metals would not fuse/corrode into each other. I just had to cut off my stuck on old aluminum nozzle (cut off the nozzle...(did not damage my hose) because aluminum reacts to brass / corrodes which I did not know before.
