Frank: Super fast shipping, thank you!
The belt is easy to put on, and the little pillow applies pressure to the bulge perfectly.
I wear it over my jockey shorts, so the g string part is nearly unnoticeable, and still very comfortable.

M: I bought a cheaper one, but this one is so much better and comfortable to wear. Does the job too!

jack of all trades: Kept the bulge in until i could get open mesh surgery. Worst part is the thong up your crack but you get used to it. I didn't undo that strap that goes up your butt everytime I took it on and off. I set that part permanently and actually tucked in the velkro from behind so it didn't show as much through my pants in the back. Also, I didn't use the pillow because it was too bulky. It wasn't as effective that way but it still did the job. And without the pillow, it makes for a good waist band holster for those days I wore gym shorts...or pants without a belt. I wore it every day for almost 2 years. If I didn't have to wear it, I wouldn't have. It was a great day when I got to throw it away. The surgery went well. It's been like 5 months and I don't even feel the surgery site. The first few days after surgery were rough though. Lots of pain. So glad that's behind me.

Jimmy Jones: This product allows you to remain active while you make arrangements to treat a hernia medically. It is strong enough that, when installed correctly, can hold a hernia in place (inside the body) while you keep up with day-to-day activities. In other words, it is sturdy enough to do the job. And unlike poorly designed products, it is comfortable enough to wear all day, and especially important, to loosen the adjustment when you want to relax. Perfect.

Derek Fernandez: Upon opening the package, I liked the product. It looks well-made and the design makes sense.
I tried it on and got it to a fairly comfortable fit. Now I'm able to stand and walk and do most normal activities without fear of my inguinal hernia popping out.
The inner pocket is a nice touch - it allows me to put custom padding without it moving around. The included pad is a bit thick for me but it's usable. I don't understand why people complain about that - you don't HAVE to use it. Socks and various pieces of fabric can be stuck in there for a truly custom fit.
I would have given this 5 stars but read below for why I dropped it down to 3.
THE BAD:
My main complaint about the design is the plastic buckle that you loop the groin band around. It sticks out beyond the fabric so when things get tight, it will dig into your nether regions and the area where your thigh meets your groin. Because of this, it can be hard to get comfortable when sitting on a couch.
I bought this so I could resume my Peloton bike workouts. If you are wearing padded bike shorts, this will definitely dig into your groin area. Very uncomfortable and downright painful. I tried messing around...

Andrew T: I bought this for my dad while he waits for his surgery. He’s a very active man, so sitting around doing nothing for a month while we waits to get his surgery done wasn’t an option for him lol.
He’s been wearing this for a few weeks now and it’s great! Fits well and comfortably and most importantly, preventing his hernia from protruding which can cause more tearing of the muscle or even worse… strangulating his hernia.
I highly recommend this as a bandaid while you wait for your surgery, but this is NOT a solution to your hernia. GET THE SURGERY and wish you all a speedy recovery!

guy cguy c: First if you are reading this either you or someone you know has an inguinal hernia (or something else) and you are making the purchase to make you more comfortable.
The belt works fine, it holds pressure for me anyway at the point I need it as I cannot have scope surgery due to prostate Cx so it would require more down time ( i don't know how it could be more) so no surgery for me at this time.
Photo's:
from left first, third and forth shows the "reinforced" strip to prevent rollover. it works but does develop a kink which causes a oil can effect( for those of you too young to know what that is old-timer oil cans were fil push from the bottom and it would click)
Also you will see cotton pulls, I think this is a combination of the clothes fabric and the belt fabric rubbing but could also be a result of next item
that Velcro strap, first it sticks to anything. If you see in photo #6 I actually re-attach it to the area where it fastens.
They show in the instructions that the strap is going seemingly between the crevice? I did not try as I am not a fan of flossing my ass. I originally tried the strap in the position you see in the photo, it's Velcroed and holds the...
