This bag is life saver. You might feel little discomfort initially as it needs to be tied on your own but once u become familiar it will take only a minute and you are good to go. My 4 month old is very comfortable in it. Initially she resisted a bit but after using it 3-4 times for shorter period she got used to it. Now she even falls asleep in it. It's better if the mother uses this during initial period so that child gets used to it. The material of the bag is soft and non slippery. We bought on sale so was worth the money. Its easy to carry too.

My one month old baby and I both love this product. For me it is easy and comfortable to wear around the house but also lightweight and quick to pack up to take on the go! My baby is happy and enjoys being in this wrap unlike others we have tried before.

A ne pas utiliser avant 4 / 5 mois, car la position du bébé ne sera pas assez physiologique avant cet âge.
Mais une fois votre bébé assez grand, c'est génial ! Plus rapide et facile à enfiler qu'une écharpe de portage classique (qu'il faut quand même mieux utiliser avant les 4 - 5 mois), esthétique, confortable pour le porteur et le bébé (qui s'endort dans les 5 min pour ma part). Attention à ne pas trop couvrir votre petit bout, car ça tient chaud !

The reason I gave this a 4 star and not a 5 is because of the color choices. I wish they had more of a variety. That being said, this is a great carrier. It is soft, durable, and easy to use. I lived in my ergo and tula with my girls and I did love the ease of throwing them on during a crying fit. The buckles were not as comfortable if I wanted to sit down and lean back on the couch and they were bulky and dug a little while wearing them for longer periods. That resulted in me trying out a mobi wrap. Those were very soft and a little stretchy and once you finagled it on and got the baby in it. it was pretty comfortable. The stress of trying to get it on right and get the baby in right was a little more trouble then it was worth.. I would be hot and sweaty and frustrated by the time i figured it out and then my baby wanted out right away. I went back to my tula. The mai tai is a perfect perfect mix of both types of carriers... its soft and comfortable like a traditional wrap, yet has the ease of use like a soft structure carrier. I have allot of baby carriers -- a Moby wrap, Ergo, Baby Bjorn, ring sling and now my Mei Tai. There are pros to each. I have not written lengthy reviews for all of the carriers I own but I'll do a quick summary here.
Mei Tai --- It is very easy to put on and off and my 6 month old son is very happy in it. I love how easy it is to adjust the straps and when they get loose you can tie it again. I plan on using this one this summer at the playground when I'm chasing my 3 year old. Of all my carriers this is the easiest to nurse in because of how quickly you can adjust the shoulder straps to get the baby down low enough. The privacy hood is also great for nursing (and naps). I also like that I'll be able to wear my son on my back and hip as he gets bigger.
Ergo --- This is my favorite for long term wearing. The waist belt and great padding on the shoulder straps makes it very comfortable when you need to wear it for a long period of time. Since there are not any knots in the back (I tie my Mei Tai in the back) it's comfortable when you are sitting. It is very easy to nurse in the Ergo and the privacy hood is great for that and naps. I wanted to like babywearing. I wanted to like it soooo badly. But no carrier has ever really suited both myself and my baby. We have the Beco Butterfly II, which is a very nice and expensive carrier. My husband likes that one, but baby is ambivalent about it, and it just doesn't fit me comfortably, for whatever reason. I like the Moby well enough, and can get relatively comfortable in it, but it is a huge pain to get on. I got a ring sling recently that I was super excited about and currently, baby HATES it (hoping he will like it once we can hip carry--he's only 2.5 months now so not there yet). I wanted to try a mei tai carrier but given my lack of success with carriers thus far, couldn't justify spending upwards of $80 on one. Well, this fit the bill in terms of price, and I figured it was worth a try.
I'm so glad I bought it! It is SO comfortable. I love the adjustability of the mei tai style and do not find it as cumbersome to tie as the moby, at all. I think crossing the straps in back is key for me--the Beco has more of a backpack style and it just always feels awkward on my shoulders. This is the most comfortable carrier I have tried by far. No es muy práctico de recién nacido, lo empecé a usar al mes y medio de mi bebé y colocaba una cobija como almohada para sostener su cabeza.
Lo uso dentro de la casa para hacer la comida,bailar , en la calle, para dormir a mi bebé.
Las tiras son muy largas y hay que practicar, las primeras veces puede parecer complicado pero una vez que le entiendes es muy sencillo.
Lo recomiendo mucho
