Samantha S.Samantha S.: I was very excited for this product as it looked beautiful online. Upon opening the box the metal pieces seemed of good quality. However when my husband was assembling it the pieces did not screw together evenly which made it impossible to have tight connections which also caused the unit to be unable to be squared up to hang. The shelves look nothing like the picture, our shelves were 2 different colours. I reached out to the seller and got nowhere. I asked if there was a way to buy just the frame as with alot of effort you could probably make it work or glue the loose connections. They said it was not possible to buy just the frame. $110 plus tax is too much to spend for metal pipes you have to fight with and shelves that don't match.

Carol: I bought this to match the hardware in my bathroom. It was described as black but its actually a dark grey or silver. The wood shelves are also not that nice. had some indentation damage and coloring is all over the place. I am pressed for time, guests coming, so I have to just stick with it. Hopefully object placed on it will cover that. Its just not what I had hoped for and the images shown are not true to the item.

Erica Thacker: Totally adorable! Love the look and it was easy to assemble and install! It took two people to secure it to the wall - one to hold in place and one to install screws. The color was a little off than what I expected. I was hoping for industrial black and it turned out to be more charcoal colored. I spray painted the metal parts and it was perfect!

We have 2 other industrial shelves in the kitchen that they needed to match in with, so we spent a bit of time lightening them to remove the darker red tone.
