LynnZ.: They are light and just a little crisp, not dry like biscotti. We like them with a little butter spread on the bottom, it brings out the almond flavor. Especially nice with your favorite cup of tea or an Amaretto nightcap. Just wish they were more readily available - for months they kept getting tossed from my cart as unavailable.

D. Randall: Just be careful when dunking! These are SO light that they'll fall apart immediately if held for any length of time in hot coffee...A quick dunk is all that's needed. A great, light taste doesn't overpower the coffee. Just as good for a quick bite without coffee. I forgot about these for about 40 odd years. I'm glad I found them again. Will buy again!
