Nikkib: I ordered 4 bags this time. When I opened the 1st bag it had a rotten smell like a deer carcass and had a few grey spots on them. I threw that bag away. I opened another bag and that one smelled like carcass also. There were no spots but they were a lot smaller and had more holes in the ears.
Never had this issue with any of the other bags I have purchased. My dog has been having 1 ear a day for about 3 months now. Hopefully the other bags are ok. Kinda bummed as these are not cheap and are usually way better quality.

Sarah Grunden: Our 9 month old Golden Retriever eats through most treats in 5-10 mins. These take him an average of about 20, which I consider a win! He has a bit of a sensitive tummy and these have never given him any issues. One of my go-to treats to keep him busy for a bit!

Jennifer: There are a few positives about these and I didn’t want to completely down the rating just because of price. That being said, these are excellent quality cow ears. They last longer than others that are just flat without the ring. They have no smell to them, at least not foul smelling. They are also a locally owned business which makes the product a bit more appealing than others. However, I feel very strongly about the pricing vs quantity - there are just as great quality out there which you get 25 ears for $22. At this point where everything else is getting more expensive, I feel that these are not worth your hard earned money. Though if you’re not the average Jane, Joe or Jessie, living on a tighter budget now, I would absolutely recommend these!

TerraNeu: Dental Care is important for any dog; but especially the little guys. So many of them already have bad teeth. A lot of grain-free diets have ingredients that block absorption of important nutrients that dogs need for their Hearts and Eyes. We do not do a lot of crunchy. We do more Raw foods and Organs. We cook dinner for Dewey Lewis and buy good supplements.
We LOVE THESE EARS. They are as clean of a source that we can find. It is a good chew for our little guy. We put a time limit on the chew and pick it up. We save an empty “Ear Bag” for the “Chew in Progress.” We try to get 3 to 4 days out of an Ear. Too much will upset his tummy. {Dewey is 10 pounds}. These chews are quite “NEAT,” we have not experienced an icky carpet mess.
They have limited ingredients, {it is an Ear} so Dewey is not getting a lot of fillers that he does not need. They are not smelly, they seem to have a nice flavor {I did not taste them; but Dewey LOVES them}.
Dogs can become protective of their Chews. It is a good training activity to make sure that you can safely take the chew away. Just a word of caution, if you have kids or anyone else that a dog might snap at. We have...
