Heather Sutton: So many things to love about this ghee (in no particular order)!
1. The packaging - better for the environment than the little jars I was getting from Trader Joe’s
2. The taste - This one is quite pronounced in the “ghee” flavor. Other brands I have tried were more mild, but I like the way this flavor comes through in cooking. It tastes more buttery and condensed.
3. The price - per oz is very competitive
4. It’s a perfect (and in some cases even better!) substitute for butter. I use it on veggies, in baked goods, on popcorn, on bread, and for sautéing meats
